Felicia oversees global brand marketing and content strategy for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts worldwide. This includes master brand strategy and creative; editorial leadership of the print Four Seasons Magazine and online version; oversight of the worldwide Four Seasons Gift Card program and content and multilingual oversight of FourSeasons.com, the global Four Seasons Mobile App and epicurean blog Taste. In her previous role as Manager, Social Media Marketing, Felicia led the brand's award-winning global social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns worldwide. Through previous Four Seasons Marketing roles Felicia also managed integrated PR and social media campaigns for new hotel launches, including brand media events in the US and Brazil.
